At Mea Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether it’s a personalised item crafted just for you or one of our non-personalised products, we strive to ensure your happiness with every order.
Personalised Items
We produce all our personalised products on a made-to-order basis. This means minimal stock, minimal returns, and no emissions from running large warehouses. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of your order date and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.
Non-personalised Items
Returns are completely free and organised through our customer service team. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your non-personalised item, please return it within 30 days of your purchase date. Our dedicated customer service team will assist you with the return process and ensure that you receive a full refund or exchange promptly.
